Terms & Conditions of Use for the Small Finder Mobile App

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Small Finder mobile application (“Small Finder,” “the App”), provided by RichardsonCreatives LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
1.1. Purpose of the App
Small Finder helps users discover small, independent businesses in selected cities. The App displays business information submitted by business owners through the Small Finder Business Member Portal. The App is for informational purposes only. The App may collect anonymous usage analytics solely to understand feature usage and improve the App’s functionality.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to use the App.
3. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Interfere with the App’s functionality or security
4. Business Information Displayed in the App
Business listings shown in the App are submitted by business owners. We do not guarantee:

- The availability, quality, or safety of any products or services
- That any business meets your expectations
All business information is provided “as is.”
5. No User Accounts
The App does not require or support user accounts. You are not required to provide personal information to use the App.
The App may process anonymous, non‑identifiable usage events, but these events cannot be used to identify you and do not constitute personal information.
6. Location Permissions
The App may request device‑level location permission to enable map functionality. Small Finder does not collect, store, or transmit precision location data. Location information remains on your device.

Any communication or transaction between you and a listed business is solely between you and that business. We are not responsible for:

All App content (excluding business‑submitted information), including:

- Layout
- Graphics
- Logos
- Text
- Software/Code

Anonymous Analytics Services The App uses anonymous, event‑based analytics services, including Segment and Amplitude, to understand how users interact with features and to improve App performance. These services receive only non‑identifiable, event‑level information. They do not receive personal data, user properties, device identifiers, or location data from the App.
13. App Store Terms Apply
Your use of the App must comply with the terms and conditions of the platform from which you downloaded it (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
14. User Feedback & Suggestions
Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you submit to us are voluntary. We may use them without obligation or compensation to you.
15. Anonymous Analytics
The App may process anonymous, event‑level usage data to understand how features are used and to improve App performance. This data does not include personal information and cannot be used to identify any individual user or device.
